Consent to collect personal information in the survey
Survey is collecting personal data (GDPR): Name & Email. As we will collect the personal information along with your answers, we ask you to agree to the collection of your personal information before completing it.

Personal data refers to any information regarding a particular individual (respondent), on the basis of which the individual can be directly or indirectly determined: eg, name, phone, identification number, location data, web identifiers, such as email address, login information for web pages and passwords.
USE AND STORAGE OF DATA
In the context of GDPR, the author of the research is a compliance controller. This means that the supervisor decides on how your survey data will be processed and for what purpose. The author of the survey will use the acquired data for the purpose of the research only and will not forward it to any third parties. It will also not link the data with other information it holds. The author of the research will store the obtained data on the servers of the 1KA tool. The data will be stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of the research, i.e. 5 years, or until your cancellation or deletion.
PROTECTION OF DATA
The author of the research will protect the acquired data from unauthorized access, alteration, use, collection, storage, processing, disclosure or destruction. Only the author of the survey and those who will process the data for the purpose of the purpose will have access to the data.
DELETION, CHANGE OR INSPECTION TO PERSONAL INTERFERENCE DATA
The author of the research undertakes to delete, alter or allow insight into the respondent's personal and survey data at the request of the respondent. In the event that the author does not execute the request, the respondent can contact the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data in the country of the researcher.
